HTSL has been appointed official PMI for Enugu State Housing Development Corporation (ESHDC) and Anambra State Housing Development Corporation (ASHDC)


HTSL has become the first PMI in the south-east to access the National Housing Fund (NHF)


HTSL has been selected to implement the Presidential mandate on mass housing for Anambra State.

2        CURRENT ACCOUNT

-         Enables you to raise draft from any Bank of your choice.

-         Receive/ send money for and on behalf of the customer from any town, in Nigeria or overseas where there is a

        financial institution.

-         Enable other routine services like prompt issuance of Reference Letters, Bonds and Certificates.

-         Overdraft is easy to obtain.

-         No prior notice on withdrawal

-         It allows third party payment / withdrawal.

 

3        FIXED DEPOSITS

       This is an account that has a fixed tenor of between 30-360 days

        Special Features and Benefits to Depositors:

-         Certificate of Deposit is issued

-         Minimum amount is #50,000

-        Minimum tenor is 3 months.  

-         It can be used for collateral for our Advances.

-        Interest is 3% above industrial average.

-         Higher Yield on investment and above depending on tenor and Volume of deposit-Normal rate plus 3%

-         Fund is withdraw able before expiration of tenor (but with mild penalty).

-         No limit to the amount that can be invested.

-         Rate is negotiable.

-         Investment quads against frivolous spending.

-        Special Mortgage Fixed Deposits (1 million Naira and above) attracts a free empty land from Harvard Trust.

MORTGAGE SERVICES

We also offer cutting -edge Mortgage service that are carefully designed to suit the peculiar needs of the customer these special mortgage services include:

 

1        HARVARD CORPORATE MORTGAGEE SCHEME

-         Features/ Benefits

-         Applicant must have C of O on a property.

-         Submission of approved Drawings.

-         Applicant shall provide certified Bill of Quantities

-         Total savings by the Applicant must reach 40% of cost of Building.

-         The employee must be contributors to the NHF Scheme.

-         The interest Rate is lower

-         Maximum repayment period of fifteen (15) years.

 

2        STAFF QUARTERS LOAN SCHEME

Features / Benefits and Requirements

-         Applicant must posses a c of o on a property.

-         Shall provide certified Bill of Quantities

-         Applicant must save up to 50% of total cost of project.

-         A Maximum repayment’ period of ten (10) Years.

-         Lower interest Rate.

 

3        HOUSE OWNERSHIP SCHEME “NKEM”

Requirements

-         Applicant must have C of O on a property.

-          Applicant’s total savings deposit must be up to 60% of project costs.

-         The scheme provides a maximum repayment period of 10 years.

-         Scheme can be use by applicant to build or buy house.

 

4        HOUSE REFURBISHMENT LOAN SCHEME

 Requirements

-         The applicant must be an existing customer.

-         The scheme provides one (1) year repayment period.

-         Negotiable interest rate.

-         Applicant shall have made 25% part contribution of total refurbishment cost.

 

5    PROPERTY ACQUISITION SCHEME

Requirements and Features

-         Applicant must have good title Document on a property.

-         Shall make 75% part contribution of cost of property.

-         The scheme runs on commercial interest rate.

-         It provides a 12-month repayment period.

-         Applicant must provide a good guarantor who must hold account with the Bank for at least 6 months.

 

6        DOMESTIC APPLIANCES ACQUISITION SCHEME

Benefits, Features and Requirements

-         Applicant must provide good guarantee- employer’s indemnity.

-         The scheme provides six (6) months repayment period

-         It operates on our commercial interest rate.

-         Applicant must contribute 25% of total cost of Appliances.

-         Would have operated an account for at least 3 months before application.

 

7        VEHICLE PURCHASE LOAN SCHEME

Benefits, Features and Requirements

-         Applicant must provide an acceptable guarantor.

-         Must rise up to 50% of total cost.

-         Applicant must have operated an account with the Bank for at least 6 months. The interest is on our Commercial Rate.

-         The Applicant must provide a comprehensive insurance policy.

-         The scheme allows for 12 months repayment period.

-         Applicant under this scheme must show verifiable source (s) of income.

 

8        HARVARD HIRE PURCHASE SCHEME

 Benefits, Features and Requirements

-         The scheme is for applicants wishing to purchase Motor vehicles or motor cycles.

-         Requires a down-payment of 20% percent of total cost.

-         The scheme allows for a 12-month repayment period.

-         It operate on our commercial interest rate

-         Applicant must provide comprehensive insurance policy for the duration of the agreement.

              ACCOUNT OPENING INFORMATION

 

1        SAVING ACCOUNT OPERATING

        Requirement

-         Opening balance is a minimum of #1,000

-         2 Passport photographs

-         Filling of signature cards

-         Take less than 5 minutes to open

-         Requires no guarantors

 

2        CURRENT ACCOUNT

       Requirement for opening Personal Current Account:

-         This can be operate by one or two people (Joint Account)        

-         Reference:/ introductory letter from any two  current account holders in any bank.

-         2 passport photographs.

-         Opening balance of #5,000 minimum

 

       Requirement for opening a Business Current Account:

       This is an impersonal account Operated by business or non- business organizations.

-         Reference / introductory letter for a registered organization.

-         Certificate of incorporation, Memo and Article of Association.

-         The board resolution for Opening of the Account with the bank.

-         Photograph of signatories (2 each)

-         Minimum initial deposit of #10,000 only.

 

3        MORTGAGE ACCOUNT

          Requirement for Opening a Mortgage account:

-         2 Passport Photographs

-         Possession of title documents to land (c. of O., R of O, etc)

-         Minimum initial deposit of #2,000 only

-         Evidence of a regular flow of income to guarantee repayment of Mortgage loan if applied .

-         Applicant must be aged 21 years and above and must be a Nigerian

-         For NHF Scheme, must be a contributor to the Fund for at least 6 months.
