The board of director of our bank is comprised of seasoned and tested professionals with proven integrity and excellent performance in diverse fields. These include: Engr. Chris Okoye FNSE, FASCE (Chairman); Arch  Azike Diribe, Prof. D.I.O. Ewelukwa amongst others. They have brought their wide experience to bear on the dynamic and excellent management of the bank.

CHAIRMAN’S STATEMENT

May I seize this opportunity to welcome you to our primary Mortgage Institution. Expectedly, the business environment is getting more competitive with lots of challenges. The challenges include those of survival and performance beyond the expectations of stakeholders. I believe we are capable of meeting these challenges having deployed the necessary processes, structures, infrastructure and systems that would ensure the provision of superior customer value.

Within the last twelve years of operations, we have recorded a success story. Our bank has taken mortgage banking to greater heights through the use of up to date information technology propelled by highly skilled manpower.

Harvard Trust Saving and Loans Limited is a well capitalized primary mortgage institution duely  accredited by the government to disburse the National Housing fund loan scheme.

Our board is made up of seasoned professionals, men and woman of proven integrity and transparent honesty with proven record of excellence in diverse profession, with superior management foresight and innovative competence. Harvard Trust Saving and loans limited has an articulate and productive management team that is led by MR. IGWENAGU ANTHONY. The management team is made up of thoroughbred bankers with proven record of excellent performance and impressive showing in all up to date customer oriented banking traditions, management foresight and innovative competence.

Mr. IGWENAGU ANTHONY:

Mr. A.C.B. Igwenagu is the General Manager. A man full of initiative, he has contributed immensely to the growth of the bank. He combines many years of diverse experience in banking, accounting and internal controls. He is one of the eggheads in the banking industry. A fellow of the institute of corporate administration of Nigeria (I.C.A), association of institute of cost and management accountants and member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. Mr. ACB Igwenagu is happily married with children. 

MR. ADEME GODWIN S.:

A well groomed banker, Mr. G. S. Ademe has acquired many years of diverse experience in accounting and banking. He has a track record of excellent performance and as a pioneer staff has contributed immensely to the growth of the bank and customer He is the head of operations and is an Associate of the institute of cost and management accountants of Nigeria. Mr. Ademe is married with children.

MR. OKAFOR CHRISTIAN C.

Mr. CHRIS OKAFOR is the head of marketing / public Relations. He is a pioneer staff of the bank, a thorough- bred banker with knack for operational effectiveness and efficient marketing. He combines initiative and selling skills that stand out with impressive showing in all the customer-facing assignments he has undertaken. He oversees the marketing and public Relationship function of the bank, a member of the chartered institute of Bankers of Nigeria (C.I.B.N) and an Associate of the institute of corporate Administration of Nigeria.

He is happily married with children.   

MR. MADUKA B.U.C.

Mr. B.U.C Maduka is the head mortgages. An associate of the Nigerian institute Of Estate Surveyors and valuers; he has acquired over 20 years of experience. He has also contributed greatly to the customers in property and real –estate services.

MR. KALU OJI:

Mr. Kalu Oji is the special assistant to the chairman. An incisive thinker, team player and a kingfisher. A man full of ideas; he has a knack for thorough and quality job. He has immensely helped to sustain the operational effectiveness of the bank

MR. EZE, UCHENNA S.:

Mr. U.S. Eze is a skilful administrator with management skills that standout. He has acquired many years of wide experience in administration and human capital management. He heads the personnel and Administration Department and is happily married with children.

MR. EFUNGWU, JOSEPH O.:

He is a trained Accountant and has acquired many years of divers experience in Banking spanning across credit, operations, finance Accounts. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Banking of Nigeria (C.I.B.N) and Heads the Credit Risk Asset Management Department. He is happily married with children.

EMENIKE ANTHONIA.:

Tonia is a trained Accountant and has acquired many years in banking experience cutting across Operations, Finance and Accounts, Internal Audit and Controls. she currently Heads the Finance Department.
